VENUE AND JURISDICTION

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to doing business with, use of International Marine LLC, or any transactions conducted herein shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Palm Beach County, Florida. By doing business with or contracting with International Marine LLC, you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree that Palm Beach County, Florida shall be the exclusive and mandatory venue for any and all such proceedings. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts and agree not to plead or claim in any such court that any such action, suit, or proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. If any provision of this venue designation is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
